1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Dopami (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including household members added by an account owner.

2. Description of Service

Dopami is a household task management application with gamification features including XP points, levels, and trophies. The Service allows users to:

• Create and manage household rooms and tasks.
• Invite and collaborate with household members (up to 6 per household).
• Earn XP and unlock trophies for completing tasks.
• Receive push notifications for task assignments and updates.

3. Account Registration

To use Dopami, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your credentials confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Subscription & Billing

Dopami offers a paid subscription at €7/month after a 30-day free trial.

• Your free trial begins on the date of registration.
• After the trial, your subscription renews automatically each month.
• You may cancel at any time cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months, except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service.
• Abuse, harass, or harm other household members through the platform.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service.
• Circumvent any security or access controls.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in Dopami (room names, task descriptions, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display this content solely to operate the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you add. We are not responsible for user-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Dopami app including the name, logo, design, features, and gamification system belongs to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dopami is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data due to technical failures.
• Service interruptions or downtime.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, without prior notice in serious cases.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France, unless applicable consumer law in your country provides otherwise.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
