Dopami Waitlist and Plushie Draw Rules

Rules version: June 14, 2026. Final launch timing, plushie details, and any excluded territories are published on the waitlist page before entries close.

1. Organizer and campaign period

The waitlist and launch rewards are organized by Dopami. The official opening and closing dates are the dates displayed on the Dopami waitlist page. The plushie award or draw takes place when Dopami V1 launches.

2. Eligibility

Participation is free and no purchase is necessary. Participants must be at least 16 years old and legally permitted to enter under the laws that apply where they live. The plushie draw is unavailable where prohibited and in any excluded territories displayed on the waitlist page.

3. Valid entry and referrals

A valid entry requires a unique email address, acceptance of these rules, age confirmation, and email confirmation. A participant receives the Founder Pack and one plushie ticket after confirming their email. Each friend who uses the participant's referral code and confirms a unique email adds one additional ticket and counts toward referral reward tiers.

Self-referrals, automated entries, disposable or fraudulent accounts, duplicate accounts, and attempts to manipulate the campaign may be disqualified.

4. Beta access and referral rewards

Participants may request beta access or choose only to be notified at launch. The first 500 confirmed participants who request beta access may receive an early spot. A participant who requested beta access and reaches five confirmed referrals receives guaranteed beta access even when the early quota is full.

Mascot packs and launch-time rewards are based on the highest confirmed referral tier reached. Time-based rewards are not cumulative. Reward fulfillment may depend on the corresponding feature, cosmetic, subscription, or community access being available at V1 launch.

5. Plushie award and draw

If fewer than 1,500 confirmed participants have joined when V1 launches, one plushie is awarded to the eligible participant with the most confirmed referrals. Confirmation time breaks a tie. At 1,500 confirmed participants and above, distinct winners are selected without replacement through a weighted random draw. Each participant's weight equals one plus their confirmed referrals.

The number of plushies is based on the confirmed waitlist total at launch: 2 at 1,500; 5 at 3,000; 8 at 5,000; 17 at 10,000; and 35 at 20,000. Winners are contacted using their entry email and may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the plushie.

6. Launch offer

Confirmed waitlist participants are intended to receive one free month at V1 launch. Higher referral tiers may replace this with a different non-cumulative launch-time reward as displayed on the waitlist page.

7. Personal data

Entry data is used only to administer the waitlist, beta access, launch rewards, abuse prevention, the plushie award or draw, winner contact, and legal obligations. It is not used for unrelated marketing. Unconfirmed entries are deleted after 7 days. Campaign data is anonymized after the configured retention period, initially 180 days after the draw. 8. Changes and cancellation

Dopami may suspend, modify, or cancel the waitlist rewards or plushie draw when fraud, technical failure, legal requirements, or events outside reasonable control make fair operation impossible. Any material change will be published on the waitlist page.
