Your household is created automatically when you register. After signing up, you'll be guided through a setup flow to add your rooms and equipment. If you've been invited to join someone else's home, simply use the invitation link you received it will connect you to their household instead of creating a new one.

Go to Settings → Members → Invite. Enter the email address of the person you'd like to add. They'll receive an invitation email with a link to join your household. You can have up to 6 members per household.

During setup, you select which rooms you have, then choose the equipment and furniture inside each room. Dopami uses this to generate a personalized task catalog so you'll only see tasks that are actually relevant to your home. The whole process takes about 2 minutes.

Every completed task earns XP based on its impact and duration. XP accumulates on your profile and increases your level. Each level-up unlocks a new rank title. Your household members can see each other's levels to spark friendly competition.

Trophies are unlocked automatically when you reach certain milestones completing your first mission, inviting your first member, cleaning every room in a week, and more. Visit the Trophies tab in the app to see which ones you've earned and what's next.

No! XP and levels are permanent they only go up. Dopami is designed to be encouraging, not punishing. The goal is to build momentum and celebrate progress, however small.

The free trial lasts 30 days from the date you create your account. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you'll be prompted to subscribe at €7/month to continue using Dopami.

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period no immediate cutoff. If you run into trouble, email support@do-pami.com and we'll help.

Yes one €7/month subscription covers the entire household, up to 6 members. Individual members do not need to pay separately. Only the household owner (the person who created the home) manages the subscription.

First, check that notifications are enabled for Dopami in your phone settings (Settings → Apps → Dopami → Notifications on Android, or Settings → Notifications → Dopami on iOS). Then, inside the app, go to Settings → Notifications and tap Re-register device. If the issue persists, contact us.

Currently, you can turn push notifications on or off entirely. More granular controls (e.g., only task assignments) are on our roadmap. In the meantime, you can see all activity in the Notification Center inside the app, even without push notifications.

On the login screen, tap Forgot password and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. The link is valid for 1 hour.

You can request account deletion by emailing privacy@do-pami.com from the email address linked to your account. We will delete your data within 30 days. This action is irreversible all your XP, trophies, and household data will be permanently removed.
